As more and more people turn to AI for answers, it matters whether AI can find you.

I’ve watched a lot of good sites and apps start to disappear from those answers for reasons that have nothing to do with how good they are. The same was happening to some of my own. So I built a tool to find out what to fix, and to watch whether the fixes paid off.

Hide and Seek reads a site the way the bots do and scores what you can fix today. Then, once you set your North Star, it asks the machines every month whether you’re the answer, and keeps the record. Nothing it checks is secret: every check is explained, with its weight.
